My Heart Belongs in Montana...

For our Honeymoon we traveled to West Glacier, Montana. It was amazing. Though it was about 40 degrees, it didn't seem that cold and we were pretty bundled up. We were able to stay in a Cabin Resort near West Glacier National Park. The cabin had a fireplace and a hot tub outside on the front porch.

The second night that we were there, we had both put on our swimsuits and got ready to get into the hot tub. As we were walking out of the house, I shut the door behind me and got in the tub. Before Adam got in, he decided that he was going to get something from in the cabin so he grabbed the handle and tried to open the door.

We were locked out.

Now, here is the funny part ... Adam had on nothing but swimming trunks and a beanie on his head. It was priceless! There was snow waist deep all the way around our cabin. We sat there for a few minutes brainstorming how we were going to get help to get back in and Adam said - "well, I guess I'm about to run a mile in this snow almost naked." We laughed so hard for about 10 minutes, until finally, Adam found a door to stick the firewood in the cabin through (we called it the dwarf hole) and crawled into the cabin to unlock the door. He came sliding out of the front door with his hands up like he was Kramer from Seinfeld or something! It was one of the best parts of the trip.

During our week stay, we had the opportunity to go Dog Sledding, Cross Country Skiing, Horseback Riding in the mountains, Snowshoeing, and a lot of site seeing. It was absolutely beautiful and I can not wait until we get the opportunity to go back!
