My soul will be a home for Your flame.

Simplicity.

I need more of it. I need to rid myself of these vain and empty productions of the world.
I need to give up all of the distractions. All of the passions that pull at my emotions.
I want to tear away at the theatrics that we make worship.
I want to be content in your Word without an illustration.
I want to be humbled in prayer without self satisfaction.
I want to praise You in song with feeling and not as a spectacle.
I want to love You with complete sincerity and simplicity.

And all I want for the rest of my life
Is for my heart to be on fire for You.
